III. Account Management

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an Account. When creating an Account, you agree to:

  • Order processing and fulfillment
  • Store management and support
  • Shipping and logistics coordination
  • Print-on-demand services
  • Branded packaging options
  • Affiliate and reseller opportunities
  • Amazon FBA profit share program
  • Shopify Store Accelerator program
  • CodeAgents™ software development services

The Platform reserves the right to change product information at any time, including descriptions, inventory availability, and pricing.

V. Fees

Basic services are provided free of charge, including:

  • Browsing the Platform and product catalog
  • Account registration
  • Product listing access
  • Store connection via SyncLogic or Shopify Collective

Charges apply for orders and specified services, including product costs and shipping fees. Premium programs such as the Shopify Store Accelerator and CodeAgents™ have their own pricing structures as detailed on their respective pages.

VI. Shipping Policy

Users select shipping methods with corresponding costs at the time of order. The shipping cost displayed on the Platform is an estimated cost for reference purposes.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Oversized or heavy products
  • Remote or international destinations
  • Reshipment due to incorrect address information
  • Custom duties and import taxes (buyer's responsibility)

Force majeure events exempt JasonCarlMorgan® from liability for delivery failures or delays.

VII. Communications

By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from JasonCarlMorgan®, including:

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates
  • Service announcements and updates
  • Marketing communications and recommendations

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the provided unsubscribe function in emails or by contacting us directly.

VIII. User Rights & Obligations

IX. Third-Party Partners

JasonCarlMorgan® works with third-party service providers including but not limited to Shopify, Royal Mail, eBay, Amazon, Stripe, and PayPal. These partners operate independently under their own terms of service.

JasonCarlMorgan® shall not bear any liability for any legal consequence arising from the operation and use of any third-party services.

X. Data Protection

JasonCarlMorgan® collects and processes data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes:

  • Information you provide during registration and use of Services
  • Automatically collected usage data
  • Information from third-party integrations
  • Store data including URLs, orders, products, and carrier information

XI. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, is the property of JasonCarlMorgan® and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant JasonCarlMorgan® a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services.

Dispute resolution requires evidence including photos, videos, and communication screenshots. Users should contact JasonCarlMorgan® directly through Slack or email to resolve any issues.

Opening disputes on third-party platforms (such as PayPal or Stripe) without first consulting with JasonCarlMorgan® may result in permanent account suspension.

XIV. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JasonCarlMorgan® disclaims liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Reputation damage
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Service of notice is deemed complete upon successful transmission.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

XIX. Dispute Resolution
